Urban Decay NAKED BASICS PALETTE

Urban Decay Naked Basics

I was very Excited to get this palette. It is after all my very first UD Palette!

However, I was a little bit disappointed when I got it. Not because of the product. Because of its size. I didn't pay attention to the size/weight when I placed the order. If I would of I would of been prepared. Here is a little bit of information regarding this amazing but small palette!

The palette came in this small cute box. With a like wax finish.

My only complain is the size, it has 6 x 0.05 oz (around 3oz... I think) If Im right.. you are paying around $9/ oz.. (I got it for $27 at Sephora)  I was trying to find something to compare it to. So I chose my iPhone5 

iPhone 5 is a little bit smaller than the older ones. 

It has some pretty nice colors. 5 matte and 1 shimmery  

I did a swatch on my arm so you could see what they look like on skin.

They are in the same exact order. 

The colors are pretty pigmented. They are all natural looking colors. Great for an everyday look. Because of the size, this palette will be great for traveling too! 

I wasnt expecting a huge palette, but the pictures make it look much bigger than what it is. 

If you use this palette with a primer, The eyeshadows will last almost all day! and they are basic everyday colors so it will definitely be used... alot. So besides the small size. I love it!

So yeah.. I think that if you dont have any of the naked palettes from Urban Decay you should definitely get the Naked Basics. If you are in to the neutral light colors like I do! 

 

Purple Eyes using BH Hollywood Palette

For this look I wanted to create a cute but outgoing look. I made it a little shorter.. actually way shorter than my usual videos. Purple is one of those colors that looks good on people with Brown eyes. Let me know what you think.

ROAR!!!

I love this song. I love the Video, I love Katy Perry.. But why cant I find some Leopard Print to finally make my Roar Inspired Tutorial. I went to Michaels, Walmart, and this other Store.. and  NOTHING :( Hopefully today I will be able to get it. I really want to make this tutorial! its going to be amazing! (Hopefully!) lol

Wash, Tone, Moisturize, Refresh, and Pamper

Dry to combination.. sometimes lol more dry than anything tho.. but not like super dry >.<

3. What's your favorite Skincare product?

I LOVE my Josie Maran Argan Oil

4. What's your top blemish Zapper?

hmm.. I actually haven't been using one. But I think Toothpaste used to work for me

5. Face Wipes, Yes Or No?

YES! They make washing your face faster.. who wouldn't want that!?

6. Toner, Yes Or No?

lol. I lost mine when I moved but you definitely want to use one!

7. High End Skincare or high end makeup?

I love my drugstore stuff. lol but I will occasionally buy some high end stuff.. They both work for me

8. What's the most unusual skincare product you've tried?

lol.. my cousin told me when I was like 14 that if you get a pimple you should put a little bit of your own saliva on it. (it had to be from when you just wake up) I did it.. I think it worked.. I don't remember tho.. I should try it again! lol

9.  Your in a French Pharmacy and you can only pick one item, what would you choose?

Definitely a Perfume

Always wear moisturizer

Always wash your face

Take a makeup day off. (let your skin breath and just put moisturizer on.. she will thank you later ;)
